Account Support Officer

Location: In office at 400 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, California, US

Salary: $24.46–$36.69 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support Account Managers, Relationship Managers, and Entertainment Division clients with day-to-day operational needs.
• Resolve account questions, complaints, operational issues, and client requests while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Handle banking operations including KYC completion, cash requests, check orders, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and fraud-related items.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services, including cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and business management firms to deliver operational solutions.
• Support compliance with KYC, BSA, AML, Community Reinvestment Act, and Affirmative Action programs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in client service, banking operations, or relationship management support.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 2 years of experience with bank products and services such as deposits, wealth management, cash management, or international banking.
• Typical colleagues have 3–5 years of banking operations and servicing experience or equivalent training.
