Manager, Operations — Cross-Marketplace Programs (eCommerce)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 1601 SE 10th St

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

Walmart Marketplace is scaling a global operating model for consistent seller support and risk operations across marketplaces.

What you will do

• Manage operating rhythms for cross-marketplace support and risk programs, including business reviews, health reporting, KPI tracking, issue follow-up, and executive updates.
• Coordinate across Seller Support, Risk, Product, CRM, Change Management, Process Improvement, BPO, Service Recovery, Shared Services, and in-market teams.
• Represent Global Operations in marketplace expansion, support centralization, and seller experience planning.
• Coordinate operational readiness across Canada, Mexico, Chile, and future expansion markets.
• Identify impacts involving case categories, routing, ownership, handoffs, SLAs, reporting, and seller experience gaps.
• Build repeatable mechanisms to identify and resolve common seller friction points.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Experience in operations or program management within a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguity, manage owners and dependencies, and move work forward through follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical judgment, and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with support, risk, marketplace, service recovery, or seller experience operations.

Nice to have

• Marketplace, eCommerce, Seller Support, Risk Operations, Trust & Safety, Service Recovery, Product Operations, or global operations experience.
• Experience with BPO partners, CRM or case-management tools, operational reporting, or support readiness.
• Experience supporting marketplace expansion, support centralization, operating-model transitions, or business launches.
• Project Management Professional certification, a master’s degree in Economics, or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English plus Spanish, Mandarin, and/or French.
