What you will do

• Design and develop practical, learner-friendly learning solutions in Articulate Rise and similar development tools.
• Create workshop structures, activities, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, guides, templates, and quick-reference resources.
• Translate business needs, role expectations, and performance gaps into clear learning objectives and usable content.
• Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and validate content.
• Map learning content to skills libraries, skills matrices, capabilities, and role-based learning paths.
• Maintain and improve learning materials using learner feedback, evaluation results, data, and deployment insights.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, marketing, communications, or related facilitation work.
• Ability to simplify complex information and develop practical materials for learners.
• Experience or familiarity with learning management systems and the deployment, tracking, or maintenance of learning content.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts and business partners.

Nice to have

• Exposure to skills libraries, skills matrices, capability frameworks, or role-based learning paths.
• Experience in Operations, customer service, financial services, insurance, enterprise learning, or regulated business environments.
• Experience using course evaluations, learner feedback, or learning data to improve effectiveness.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled learning design and modern content development approaches.
