M&S_Insulin Facility Beijing (IFB) Project Control Lead

Location: Beijing, China; on-site, full time

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project control for the Insulin Facility Beijing project, including resource-loaded schedules.
• Implement earned value measurement tools, float analysis, and early- and late-progress curves.
• Lead cost forecasting across planned spending, invoicing, commitments, purchase orders, and actual costs.
• Support engineering and construction change management, including forecasting, reporting, and control.
• Manage risk assessment activities, the risk register, and project risk and contingency allowances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and materials for steering committee meetings.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of project control experience.
• Experience managing large projects from the client perspective.
• Demonstrated experience in estimating, cost management, forecasting, and progress measurement.
• Significant contract and risk management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including cost estimating, cash flow, forecasting, change order, and value analysis.
• English is the project language; Mandarin is also required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, or business from an accredited college or university.
