Associate Project Manager, Creative (18-month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Hybrid role based in London, England, United Kingdom. Some flexibility in working hours is required to collaborate with colleagues in Bellevue, USA. Candidates for roles in the United Kingdom need the right to work; visa support may be available in some cases.

Base salary: £42,000–£54,700 per year for most new hires; the full range is £42,000–£73,400 per year.

What you will do

• Support creative workstreams covering experience development, style guides, and launch planning.
• Coordinate creative concepts, look-and-feel design, theming, artwork, and content development.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, dependencies, documentation, milestones, and action tracking.
• Coordinate approvals and feedback with internal teams, international offices, creative agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
• Track risks, decisions, change requests, and cross-functional dependencies while helping drive solutions.
• Support delivery of the experiential initiative against agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Three to five years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
• Strong knowledge of the hirify.global brand and characters, with the ability to apply it to creative and customer experience decisions.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience managing approval processes; familiarity with Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar project management tools is beneficial.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
