Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract - Remote) (PropTech)

Location: United Kingdom — remote. The role includes an option to work abroad through the work abroad scheme.

What you will do

• Plan and manage client projects, coordinating development, testing, and other relevant teams.
• Assess risks and issues, solve problems, and prioritise tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer communication and build strong client relationships.
• Manage contract changes, purchase orders, billing milestones, and the ongoing commercial relationship.
• Translate client requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Coordinate feature testing, defect tracking, resolution, and client-executed user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for regular contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience using productivity applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving, planning, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technical or software development environment.
• Experience in social housing or local government.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
