Strategic Program Lead | Playlist

Salary: $131,000–$175,000 base salary annually in the United States, with potential performance bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting users, studio partners, and business growth across the global marketplace.
• Design and launch beta tests, evaluate results, and scale successful initiatives across the company.
• Translate business goals into actionable frameworks, roadmaps, and strategy pillars.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, sales, marketing, product, revenue operations, and business leaders.
• Present insights, recommendations, and program progress to senior leadership, including the CEO and executive team.
• Manage timelines, resources, trade-offs, working groups, decisions, and blockers across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a similar program management role at a fast-scaling technology company.
• Ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact and lead complex programs from idea through execution.
• Strong judgment, creative thinking, structured problem-solving, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and test design; advanced Excel skills are required.
• Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
• eCommerce experience.
