Security Support Specialist (Physical Security Technology)

Location: Coppell, Texas, United States; onsite corporate role. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $40,620–$54,160 per year

What you will do

• Administer and support access control, video management, and burglary alarm systems, including maintenance, repairs, replacements, and issue resolution.
• Respond to store, operations, corporate, and incident-related security needs, including robberies, burglaries, false alarms, and equipment problems.
• Manage video evidence requests from law enforcement, legal counsel, internal partners, and other authorized parties.
• Coordinate vendors and field operations, manage security guard support, and assist with security equipment programs.
• Support security plans, emergency response, crisis and incident management, physical security, and information protection.
• Assist with budgeting, invoices, billing disputes, licensing, audits, and coordination between Security and IT/Networking.

Requirements

• College or technical degree/certificate preferred, or at least 2 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with physical security systems, operations, or programs and a network or technical environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking, organization, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Availability for a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, rotating workweeks, and short-notice responses.

Nice to have

• Video Management Systems experience.
• Genetec knowledge or certification.
• College or technical degree/certificate.
