Senior Financial Analyst

Location: hirify.global Taiwan – Taichung Office, Taichung City, Taiwan

What you will do

• Support quoting analytics through cost breakdowns, trend analysis, and cost-driver communication.
• Analyze bills of material and validate supplier quotes for the should-cost process.
• Manage supplier currency agreements and monitor foreign-exchange impacts.
• Partner with finance, sourcing, product, and regional teams to resolve costing and variance issues.
• Support analysis of deadstock inventory, tooling investments, and other supply chain cost drivers.
• Participate in process improvement, supplier audits, and cost transparency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or supply chain finance.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and proficient English, with excellent English communication skills, are required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cultures and time zones.

• Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools.
