What you will do
- Manage monthly and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of procure-to-pay transactions handled by the Global Finance Team.
- Complete monthly bank compliance activities and support financial reporting deadlines.
- Assist with local tax reporting, including tax and VAT filings, annual withholding tax filings, and tax reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits, resolve daily operational issues, and improve accounting workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.

- Experience in a Big Four accounting firm.
