Principal, Financial Planning & Analysis (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis for private label brands, supporting growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Manage annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and gap analysis.
• Generate data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Act as the finance point of contact for the Taiwan business and partner with stakeholders on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A at Global HQ to communicate business developments and insights.
• Improve management reporting tools and systems while ensuring accurate accountability reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a fast-paced, technology-oriented organization; e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Experience in central or corporate FP&A, financial planning, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and business-oriented approach with the ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Relevant category business experience.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• Good English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• SQL proficiency.
