Finance Business Partner (Specialty Care)

What you will do

• Provide financial and business support to specialty care business units as a finance business partner.
• Support new product launches through financial planning, pricing strategy, market access economics, and launch performance tracking.
• Translate commercial decisions and plans into financial targets, forecasts, and business cases.
• Analyze expenses and financial performance against budget, proposing corrective actions.
• Deliver commercial analytics on sales performance, channel dynamics, customer profitability, and market trends.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, financial reporting, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of finance experience, preferably in a multinational company and ideally preceded by Big Four experience.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to handle time pressure.
• Good Excel skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities and compliance with HSE policy.
