hirify.global develops commercial aircraft and aerospace systems, with this role supporting A320 family fuselage structures.

What you will do

• Analyze, justify, and certify structures for continuous-improvement projects.
• Define static strength requirements and propose structural design updates for A320 family front and central fuselage modifications.
• Ensure safe aircraft operation with respect to structural integrity and airworthiness.
• Validate stress dossiers using DOS delegation or support their signature across hirify.global Operations, hirify.global Atlantic, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, support internal customers, and communicate with interdisciplinary stakeholders.
• Improve methods, tools, collaborative ways of working, and knowledge sharing while managing cost, time, and quality objectives.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 5 years of static stress experience.
• Good knowledge of hirify.global calculation methods and tools.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks, and adapt autonomously in multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Advanced French and advanced English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISAMI.
