Senior Planning Engineer (Offshore FEED)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and handover.
• Prepare and control Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and detailed schedules in Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, critical paths, schedule variances, forecasts, and project completion dates.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms, productivity reports, KPIs, and earned value indicators.
• Assess delays, risks, change orders, and scope changes, including support for recovery plans and Extension of Time claims.
• Coordinate planning data across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project management, contractors, and ADNOC Offshore representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 8 years of experience in EPC/EPCM projects involving offshore facilities, brownfield modifications, or major capital projects.
• Strong experience across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls.
• Experience with ADNOC Offshore projects and mega-projects in the UAE and Middle East is highly preferred.
• Primavera P6 Professional Certification is preferred; PMP certification and membership in a recognized engineering institute are desirable.
