Senior Planner (EPC)

What you will do

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
• Support planning and scheduling control, progress measurement, reporting, and project records.
• Review schedule updates and coordinate with project teams to monitor and record progress.
• Identify deviations and delays from the approved plan and communicate their impact to project management.
• Support delay analysis, extension-of-time claims, budget preparation, and weekly and monthly reporting.
• Participate in project meetings and explain schedule status, changes, and effects on the overall plan.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction industry experience at a similar level, including Engineering and Procurement phases.
• Experience with EPC projects valued above US$100 million and ADNOC or equivalent projects, with direct Engineering and Procurement involvement.
• Substantial experience in planning, delay analysis, and schedule risk analysis.
• Awareness of engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
