Leave Administrator

Location: Coppell, TX (Corporate), United States; onsite

Salary: $39,000–$52,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer personal leave, FMLA, disability, and other leave-of-absence programs according to company policies and applicable laws.
• Respond to employee and manager questions about leave policies and procedures.
• Communicate eligibility, documentation requirements, deadlines, and return-to-work expectations.
• Prepare and distribute leave notices, correspondence, and related documentation.
• Coordinate leave status updates with third-party vendors, payroll, and HR partners.
• Track leave durations and update Workday payment records for approved PTO, short-term disability, and other leave-related pay benefits.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• College degree with business coursework preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
