What you will do

• Support the onboarding and oversight of fund administrators, including periodic due diligence and review of key performance indicators.
• Review NAV production and investor reporting controls during fund onboarding and perform ongoing NAV reviews.
• Document NAV analyses, maintain fund financial indicator databases, and coordinate responses to operational or regulatory matters.
• Oversee regulatory and tax reporting activities and assign and review work performed by offshore consultants.
• Prepare management information for senior management and governing bodies.
• Propose improvements to NAV processes, procedures, offshore resource use, and technology platforms.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant financial services experience, including experience at a Big Four firm or similar organization.
• Strong technical accounting skills and a good understanding of alternative investment industry operations.
• Knowledge of AIFM requirements and Luxembourg vehicles; fund administrator or AIFM due diligence experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with an interest in adopting new technology platforms.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
