GTMC-Insights BP Lead - GenMed-Shanghai (Pharma)

What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for analytics and insights needs supporting GenMed China leadership.
• Partner with the GenMed Head and BU Heads to define data-driven strategies, support launches, and guide portfolio decisions.
• Deliver market analysis, competitive intelligence, performance tracking, customer segmentation, and patient journey analytics.
• Develop forecasting, scenario-planning, ROI, and business case models for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Design dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking systems while leading advanced analytics capabilities.
• Translate complex datasets into executive presentations, visualizations, and evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership at GM or BU Head level and working cross-functionally with Finance, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
• Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving, project management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work independently in an ambiguous, changing environment.
