Data Analytics Manager

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Starting base salary: $122,535–$208,715 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead analytics initiatives for consumer and small business banking products, including loans and deposits.
• Analyze product performance, KPIs, customer behavior, client cohorts, and segmentation models.
• Support product optimization, cross-sell opportunities, marketing and sales strategies, business cases, and campaign performance reporting.
• Oversee analytics for partner-managed products such as wealth management, treasury management, and credit cards.
• Manage sales pipeline reporting and create executive dashboards and reports for senior sales and product leaders.
• Manage, mentor, and develop an analytics team while setting priorities, performance expectations, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics, including 5+ years in banking.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Advanced SQL and data-querying skills, with strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI; knowledge of Alteryx and Snowflake.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management, sales leaders, product teams, and internal banking partners, and deliver clear presentations.
