TL;DR

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts, United States; on-site

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

  • Administer and support U.S. health and welfare, retirement, and other benefits programs.
  • Manage benefits compliance activities and prepare accurate regulatory reports, including Form 5500 and ACA filings.
  • Support open enrollment, including system configuration, testing, and employee communications.
  • Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance benefits offerings.
  • Serve as a consultative resource for associates, stakeholders, benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve benefits-related issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in U.S. benefits administration, including health and welfare, retirement, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing compliance reports accurately and on time.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, benefits administration systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of benefits administration experience in a large, multi-state organization.
  • Experience working with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
  • CEBS, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience supporting open enrollment processes.
