Manager, Operations — Cross-Border Seller Programs (eCommerce)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 1601 SE 10th St

Annual salary: $70,000–$130,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

A large retail and marketplace business scaling cross-border seller programs to help international sellers grow across marketplaces.

What you will do

• Manage operating rhythms for cross-border seller programs, including business reviews, program health reporting, KPI tracking, issue follow-up, and executive-ready updates.
• Coordinate Seller Support, Risk, Product, CRM, Change Management, Process Improvement, BPO, and in-market stakeholders.
• Represent Global Operations in cross-border and international seller program planning and execution.
• Coordinate operational readiness for Walmart Imports, Walmart Exports, and Remote Fulfillment across marketplaces.
• Identify support and risk impacts, including case routing, ownership, handoffs, SLA expectations, reporting, and seller experience gaps.
• Build repeatable mechanisms to identify and resolve common seller friction points across marketplaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant operations or project management experience.
• Experience in operations or program management within a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguity, define owners and timelines, manage dependencies, and drive follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical judgment, and ability to use data to identify trends and measure program health.
• Experience working across support, risk, marketplace, or seller experience operations and influencing without authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketplace, eCommerce, Seller Support, Risk Operations, Trust & Safety, Product Operations, or international programs.
• Experience with BPO partners, CRM or case-management tooling, operational reporting, or support readiness.
• Experience supporting new program implementation, operating-model transitions, or cross-functional launches.
• Supervising associates, a master’s degree in Economics, or Project Management Professional certification.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish, Mandarin, and/or French.
