Project Excellence Manager (OnePM): Governing and improving the OnePM project management platform to support project execution, reporting, and decision-making with an accent on project governance, data quality, and business-to-IT collaboration. Focus on translating business requirements into digital solutions, coordinating testing and issue resolution, and driving platform adoption across international stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid work in Portugal or Hungary; listed locations include Lisboa, Amadora, and Perafita in Portugal, and Budapest in Hungary. Remote work is permitted within the country.

What you will do
- Own and govern the OnePM project management platform from a business perspective.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on usability, efficiency, reporting, and data quality.
- Translate business requirements into practical digital solutions in collaboration with IT teams.
- Support issue resolution, testing, and implementation of new platform functionality.
- Develop user guidance, training materials, and best practices to increase adoption.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to strengthen project standards, governance, and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, project controls, project excellence, or a similar project-focused function.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and project execution.
- Experience with project management tools and digital solutions in a business environment.
- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
