Customer Experience Banker- Clark & Division Chicago, IL

Location: Chicago, IL; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $23.00–$26.00 hourly

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Act as a financial concierge for walk-in customers and identify their financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit and other banking products and services.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily.
• Grow customer relationships through follow-up, outbound calling, referrals, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service experience or qualifying military service, or a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking services, and other technology.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling skills.
