Head of Technical Programme Delivery (FTC- 12 month)

Location: London, hybrid; most employees in non-Operations roles spend 1 or 2 days in the office each week.

What you will do

• Own the delivery of the largest and most complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Maintain a portfolio-level view of priorities, dependencies, risks, and progress across delivery activity.
• Lead technology transformation initiatives, including AI capabilities, implementation, adoption, and organisational change.
• Lead the Tech Tribe Delivery team and improve cross-functional delivery practices, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Oversee technology risk and incident management and drive effective resolution.
• Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Product, People, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain while coaching and developing Delivery Managers.

Requirements

• Experience leading large, complex transformation programmes across technology and business functions.
• Experience delivering technology transformation initiatives, including AI, and embedding organisational change.
• Experience managing a portfolio of strategic programmes while balancing priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Commercial awareness and experience delivering cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Legal, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Technical understanding of platforms, architecture, and delivery decisions, with the ability to engage engineering leaders.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, communication, judgement, team leadership, and delivery improvement skills.
