Junior IT Controller (Finance/IT)

What you will do

• Support day-to-day controlling and compliance for IT costs and fee allocation.
• Prepare, reconcile, and supervise budgets for assigned IT scopes, providing feedback to IT Directors and challenging data quality.
• Track IT costs across globally distributed cost centers and analyze deviations between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Report risks to stakeholders, challenge budget owners, and monitor action plans.
• Coordinate asset activations, accrual bookings, P&L line usage, and intercompany invoicing with local finance teams and National Service Centers.
• Maintain financial setups and flows while evaluating the profitability of IT infrastructure and security investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Controller, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Auditor.
• Fluent English required.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with IT projects is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query.
• Knowledge of Cognos TM1.
