What you will do

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap, and business model.
• Identify financial workflows where AI can improve user experience, cost, or speed.
• Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale.
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics, and operating performance.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience.
• Build the core product, technology, operations, and commercial teams while expanding into new financial products and markets.

Requirements

• Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services, or technology products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business, or P&L.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance, business models, and unit economics.
• Strong product judgment and understanding of how AI can change existing financial workflows.
• Experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Hands-on operating style with the ability to work directly across product, AI capabilities, economics, and customer problems.
