What you will do
- Develop and continuously improve the company's EHS safety and management systems.
- Promote EHS culture and implement the company's production safety responsibility system.
- Manage safety risks, investigate hidden hazards, organize safety meetings, and track corrective actions.
- Coordinate with emergency, fire protection, environmental protection, health, and other government units.
- Organize EHS education, training, and emergency rescue drills.
- Participate in workplace accident investigations, prepare reports, propose improvements, and support ESG-related communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above and professional experience in safety work.
- Fluent English listening, reading, and writing skills required.
- Knowledge of EHS laws and regulations and safety standardization.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative working style.
Nice to have
- Registered Safety Engineer certificate.
- First-level Fire Engineer certificate.
- ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 internal auditor certificate.
