Specialist Specialist (Consumer Goods Testing)

What you will do

• Research updates to standards, directives, regulations, and laws.
• Prepare internal technical training courses and public seminars for clients with the Chemical Manager.
• Train and coach department members to improve their competence and performance.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing personnel promoting testing services.
• Monitor and support testing and certification projects, including project file quality control.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Technical knowledge or relevant experience in consumer goods testing, including electrical and electronic products or food contact materials.
• Familiarity with REACH, POP, RoHS, PPWR, Battery, and FCM regulations.
• Project management skills and qualification in the responsible technical area.
• Good written and spoken English required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
