What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, customer, regulatory, EHS, and company requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, standards, and quality records.
• Plan and support internal, customer, and certification audits, and drive corrective actions.
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, product deviations, customer complaints, and product returns.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities while monitoring supplier and toller quality performance.
• Oversee quality control testing, review laboratory results, analyze quality KPIs, and support product release decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, or related quality functions in specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or automotive industries.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with quality audits, customer complaints, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in supplier quality management and cross-functional quality improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills.
• Good spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
• Quality-related certifications.
