What you will do
- Support laboratory EHS programs and compliance with company safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct chemical risk assessments and support hazard control activities.
- Perform routine laboratory safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain EHS documentation, records, and safety procedures.
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and preventive actions.
- Coordinate EHS training, promote a strong safety culture, and support laboratory equipment safety checks and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of laboratory operations and chemical handling practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with chemical risk assessments, hazard control, or laboratory EHS.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and compliance requirements.
