What you will do

• Lead complex mass spectrometry activities within CMC development projects.
• Design, develop, validate, and troubleshoot advanced HPLC-HRMS and GC-MS methods.
• Define analytical strategies for nitrosamine and mutagenic impurities.
• Provide scientific guidance, technical reviews, and analytical input to chemistry and project teams.
• Prepare and scientifically endorse analytical documentation supporting GMP compliance, clinical development, and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor scientists and modernize mass spectrometry capabilities through new technologies, tools, and AI-supported solutions.

Requirements

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field, specializing in mass spectrometry.
• Proven expertise in high-resolution mass spectrometry and significant experience in analytical method development and validation.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory expectations for analytical development.
• Experience with Orbitrap, Q-ToF, Triple Quad, MassLynx, Xcalibur, and Chromeleon.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Fluent French and English required.
