Senior Manager - Investment Management Governance Office - RNDIP/ Reg R (Financial Services)

Location: In office at designated locations in New York, Delaware, California, or North Carolina, US

Salary: $275,000–$325,000 per year in New York, NY; $225,000–$275,000 per year in Los Angeles, CA; $200,000–$250,000 per year in Newark, DE or Charlotte, NC. Eligible for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Manage the Retail Non-Deposit Investment Products (RNDIP) program and Reg R compliance within the Investment Management Governance Office.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, controls, risk assessments, and governance documentation.
• Monitor network affiliates for adherence to networking agreements, RNDIP policies, and procedures.
• Review marketing materials and new or modified products for RNDIP and Reg R applicability.
• Design quarterly reporting for Wealth Management and risk governance committees.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, regulators, and business stakeholders; facilitate audits and examinations and deliver RNDIP training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience managing an RNDIP program for an OCC-regulated bank.
• 10+ years of experience in or related to financial services.
• Previous interaction with regulators.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, financial services, project management, complex problem solving, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong communication, influencing, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Reg R and investment management experience.
• Experience driving operational change from frontline teams through senior leadership.
