Mid IT Systems Engineer (Azure/Entra ID)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid office-first work with on-site attendance several days a week (80%)

What you will do

• Administer users, groups, and organizational structures in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Own the Microsoft Entra ID area as its Product Owner.
• Define IAM permission models across departments, groups, roles, and user profiles.
• Configure and manage PIM for temporary elevated access to Azure resources.
• Deploy Azure Foundry when needed for BI and AI models.
• Interview stakeholders to identify required AI models, estimate token consumption, and configure model rules for each profile.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Practical IAM knowledge, including permission structures and organizational access models.
• Experience configuring PIM for privilege escalation and Azure resource access.
• Knowledge of Azure services, especially Azure Foundry for BI and AI model deployment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Database knowledge is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
