Internship: Software Developer in Program Management Office (Part Time) (m/f/d) (PowerBI/PowerQuery)

Location: Gratkorn, Austria; home office opportunities available.

Salary: EUR 2,800 gross/month on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Provide first-line support for project monitoring, reporting, and documentation tools.
• Create new projects and maintain resource data in the project management system.
• Maintain project master data and verify data quality through compliance checks.
• Resolve report data inconsistencies in collaboration with data owners.
• Support weekly project reporting and standard stakeholder requests.
• Maintain SharePoint site collections and update internal training materials.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in economics, informatics, information management, business administration, management, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Solid English skills in speaking and writing.
• Accuracy, analytical capabilities, customer orientation, flexibility, and good communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach and interest in an international work environment.
• Availability for approximately 16–20 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PowerQuery and PowerBI.
