Sr. Marketing Analyst (Pharma/Medtech)

What you will do

• Monitor commercial, financial, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, business planning, and performance tracking.
• Prepare business reviews and executive-level reports for decision-making.
• Translate market and business insights into recommendations that improve marketing and commercial performance.
• Support product launches, portfolio optimization initiatives, and strategic business projects.
• Coordinate scientific events, medical congresses, and marketing programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial excellence, business analytics, or related areas.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Experience analyzing business, commercial, market, or financial data and supporting cross-functional projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required for business discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, commercial planning, or portfolio management.
• Experience in regional or multinational business environments.
• Knowledge of chronic care, renal therapies, medical devices, or pharmaceutical portfolios.
