Plant Inventory Control Associate - Kitting

Location: Lancaster, TX, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM

What you will do

• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory levels in the WMS and Oracle ERP system.
• Process inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, RMAs, recycle and destruction loads, and material movements.
• Create purchase orders and complete transactions for receiving, inventory, WIP, and non-conforming materials.
• Perform daily audits, cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory balance, shortage, discrepancy, SKU, sub-inventory, RMA, HFI, and WIP reports.
• Organize warehouse storage, maintain FIFO product rotation, and follow safety, GMP, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Lancaster, Texas, on the specified Monday–Friday schedule.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or a similar field, including 2 years of experience in the position or a comparable role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum professional proficiency in the required foreign language.
• Ability to use ERP/WMS systems, perform inventory counts and reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
• Regular and predictable attendance, safety compliance, and effective communication across departments.

Nice to have

• Four years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Associate’s degree.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience managing people or projects.
