Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD) Class of 2027 - Puerto Rico (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid role at multiple sites within the United States, including Puerto Rico and locations across the mainland United States. Geographic flexibility is required throughout the 2.5-year program and for final placement. Relocation packages are provided for moves of more than 50 miles.

What you will do

• Complete rotational assignments across operations, procurement, quality, planning, engineering, facilities, customer services, and logistics.
• Participate in product and service planning, production, distribution, transportation, and warehousing.
• Improve manufacturing cost, efficiency, capacity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to support business decisions and outcomes.
• Learn to design or redesign products and improve processes using Six Sigma, Lean, and design excellence methodologies.
• Rapidly learn and adopt AI tools and platforms to meet evolving project needs.

Requirements

• Permanent US work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, engineering, or a related field, earned between December 2022 and June 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher; the requirement may be waived for eligible internal employees with qualifying performance ratings.
• At least four months of relevant professional experience by December 31, 2026, including co-op, internship, postgraduate, or military experience.
• Experience or interest in supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, or R&D is relevant.
• Must be eligible to begin full-time employment no later than June 2027; optional February–April 2027 start dates may be available to qualified graduates.
