Experienced Field Service Engineer (Life Sciences)

Location: Nanjing, Jiangsu, China; field-based customer service with travel required

What you will do

• Provide high-level technical support for customer equipment, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Train customers in the service area and maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Manage territory service activities, service KPIs, and business targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and support service contract capture and market penetration.
• Coach team members and improve overall service capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, computer science, electronic engineering, automation, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience; life sciences applications and equipment service experience is preferred.
• English proficiency at CET-4 level or above is required.
• Ability to work under customer pressure and travel as required.
• High integrity, discipline, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen is preferred.
