Commercial Loan Processor (Banking)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $25.00–$30.46 per hour, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 12.5% each.

What you will do

• Review commercial loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other third parties to collect documentation.
• Prepare and verify credit memos, approval memos, closing checklists, and funding packages.
• Order and track appraisals, UCC searches, insurance reports, and other third-party documentation.
• Board loans accurately into the core system and monitor files through closing deadlines.
• Escalate missing items, support post-closing reviews, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial loan processing or financial operations.
• Experience reviewing loan documents.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of attention to detail.
• Employment eligibility verification is required for work in the United States through E-Verify.
