Mortgage Processor II - Disclosure Desk (Mortgage Lending)

What you will do

• Process large and complex mortgage loans from application through preparation for underwriting and closing.
• Collect documentation from borrowers, title companies, and lending teams and maintain complete loan files.
• Analyze complex income information to assess the financial standing of potential clients.
• Resolve processing issues and obtain clarifications before underwriting.
• Coordinate communication between clients, underwriters, and staff across multiple departments.
• Assist with training incoming Mortgage Processor I employees.

Requirements

• 2+ years of real estate processing experience.
• Strong customer service and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic mortgage lending regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Empower LOS, Blend, Desktop Underwriting, or AUS.
• Real estate title work experience and knowledge of legal documents related to consumer real estate.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
