Process Engineer (Early Career Program)

Location: Parla, Spain; relocation and domestic and international travel required.

What you will do

• Define and control industrial processes for intermediate and finished products using recipes, trials, procedures, records, documentation, and process controls.
• Deploy continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, strengthen process robustness, increase sustainability, and reduce costs.
• Resolve daily production-line issues in close collaboration with operators, ensuring procedures and controls are followed and improved.
• Support internal and external audits and help develop, support, and lead action plans to close identified gaps.
• Ensure quality policies and procedures are followed across manufacturing processes and contribute to company improvement goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Less than 3 years of professional experience, excluding internships and co-op experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Eligibility to work in Spain, where the position is based.
• Willingness and ability to relocate and travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma tools; Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, MES, SharePoint, Excel macros, Power BI, Power Apps, or other business intelligence tools.
