What you will do

• Lead daily production across assembly lines, workshops, shifts, and teams while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Provide visible safety leadership, control higher-risk tasks, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead direct labor, supervisors, and line leaders through staffing, shift planning, training, multi-skilling, and succession planning.
• Stabilize and standardize production processes and assembly lines in coordination with Engineering on new products and process changes.
• Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance while ensuring equipment availability, reliability, and legal compliance.
• Manage production hours, efficiency, conversion costs, cost centers, budgets, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen, and industrial investments.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience leading production in complex, configurable, or project-based industrial environments.
• Experience managing direct labor, production supervisors, assembly lines, operational results, and industrial maintenance activities.
• Track record of recovering production plans, managing bottlenecks, and stabilizing operational processes.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, structured problem-solving, standardization, and visual management.
• Professional English is required for collaboration at Business Unit level and with sites in other countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production, cost, and maintenance control; SAP knowledge is especially valued.
• Experience in international environments or collaboration with plants and teams in other countries.
• Experience in labor relations, change management, and factory team development.
