What you will do

• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Ensure contractual compliance and act as Key Account Manager for major suppliers.
• Align Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Services teams on purchased fasteners.
• Deliver multifunctional projects within target time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Drive cost improvement programs and support procurement data management through digital tools.

Requirements

• Engineering or Business School background.
• At least 10 years of experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, or cross-functional project management.
• Strong skills in market analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier risk management.
• Proficiency in project management techniques and digital transformation tools.
• Negotiation-level English required for international stakeholder interactions.
