Visual Designer (HARGROVE)

Salary: $74,679–$91,482 per year

What you will do

• Conceptualize and produce visual assets for LED and projection surfaces, digital, social, mobile, print, presentations, and video.
• Design event branding, logos, speaker presentations, and other creative deliverables.
• Apply client and internal brand guidelines while implementing the visual style and tone of each project.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, Producers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage overlapping, fast-turnaround projects, schedules, deadlines, media assets, and project-management data.
• Present creative work to internal and external stakeholders and troubleshoot creative software independently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design and typography across multiple media.
• Full proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong PowerPoint and Keynote presentation-design skills, including template knowledge.
• Knowledge of graphic, print/layout, web design, branding, and development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree in graphic design.
• Working knowledge of generative AI design tools.
