What you will do

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into visual solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and refine assets using user insights.
• Ensure high-quality output and conduct design QA across various channels.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to deliver assets in multiple formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal for fully onsite work.
