Creative Designer (Adobe Creative Suite/Figma): Creating and maintaining visual assets for digital ads, social media, landing pages, email campaigns, and print materials with an accent on brand identity, visual consistency, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on developing graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts, refining designs through stakeholder feedback and user insights, and ensuring quality across multiple channels.
Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation support is available.
Compensation: €44K–€55K per year

What you will do
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for digital ads, social media, web, email campaigns, and print.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into visual solutions.
- Iterate on designs using stakeholder feedback, user insights, and performance metrics.
- Ensure high-quality output and conduct design quality assurance across channels.
- Deliver assets in multiple formats using industry-standard design software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and web.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
- Strong communication, time-management, attention-to-detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
