Senior Graphic Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote for US-based candidates; at least six hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time required.

Total compensation: $85,000–$105,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Create visual work across branding, packaging, social media, marketing campaigns, and other communication channels.
• Develop original concepts and deliver polished, production-ready assets.
• Translate strategy, audience insight, and creative direction into compelling design solutions.
• Adapt visual work across brands, industries, audiences, and brand systems.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and multidisciplinary teams, incorporating feedback through iterative refinement.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, visual exploration, image generation, and production workflows while retaining human ownership of final quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern AI-assisted creative tools.
• Demonstrated strengths in branding, typography, layout, composition, visual storytelling, and production execution.
• Experience working across branding, packaging, social media, marketing materials, and different visual systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• US-based remote work availability and at least six hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time are required.
