What you will do
- Lead the planning and execution of European digital educational programs across product lines.
- Engage and coordinate external clinical experts (KOLs) as speakers for educational events.
- Adapt global content to local use cases and ensure scientific quality and relevance.
- Support the development and activation of a clinician community platform.
- Coordinate educational seminars and peer-to-peer events in various formats (in-person, hybrid, digital).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in medical/clinical education or healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record in managing educational programs across multiple formats.
- Ability to translate clinical insights into engaging and relevant content.
- Fluent in English required; working proficiency in German is a plus.
- Structured, hands-on, and execution-driven mindset.
