Senior Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical (Traveling)

Location: South Bend, Indiana, United States; travel required for projects

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, with potential additional commission or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, project goals, budgets, schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with project owners and professional groups involved in delivery.
• Lead preconstruction activities, including bidding, vendor and subcontractor qualification, estimating, procurement strategy, and scheduling.
• Manage quality assurance, quality control, commissioning, construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Oversee design development and lead construction progress meetings.
• Travel as needed for project assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 10 years of proven construction project management experience, preferably in the mission critical industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel for projects.
• Knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Experience with early turnover dates and critical work Methods of Procedures processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other project management tools.
