Senior Payroll Analyst (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Process and analyze EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax procedures.
• Accurately process employee changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Coordinate payroll data with local service providers and regional staff.
• Record commissions, bonuses, and additional statutory payments.
• Support year-end processing and the distribution of country-specific tax statements.
• Participate in projects to review and improve payroll processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar payroll role.
• Expertise in EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax procedures.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• English speaker; Portuguese is listed among the role conditions.
• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or administration is a plus.
