Audit Manager, Contract Assurance Reviews

What you will do

• Plan and execute supplier audits covering contract compliance, performance, and financial integrity.
• Analyze supplier and internal documentation to identify risks, discrepancies, and missed value.
• Prepare audit findings, quantify financial and operational impacts, and support resolution with Procurement, Legal, Finance, business units, and suppliers.
• Lead selected audit assignments, managing scope, timelines, communications, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Apply risk-based supplier targeting using spend, contract content, performance indicators, and data trends.
• Improve audit tools, methodologies, contract monitoring, and source-to-pay processes, including Power BI dashboards and AI pilots.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or another business discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal or external audit, forensic auditing, contract compliance, or finance.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones in a matrixed global environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Nice to have

• MBA or experience with a Big Four firm or similar consulting environment.
• Healthcare or life-science industry experience.
• Familiarity with contract language and legal or financial terminology.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SAP, or other ERP and data automation tools.
• Multilingual communication skills and exposure to AI-driven auditing.
